Practice making your thoughts, words and actions align with your higher nature. You'll know when that's happening by the way you feel, both physically and mentally. When things are in balance you feel at ease and calm. If you're experiencing excessive stress, worry, anxiety, anger or upset then begin paying attention to what thoughts you are obsessing or dwelling on. It's not always easy to attain this level of awareness since most of us go through our days mindlessly. But as soon as you make the decision to start paying more attention, you can get your life in the balance you desire.
